🔄 Return Policy

  • You have 7 days to request a return after receiving your item 📦.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging.

  • Keep your receipt or proof of purchase 🧾.

🚨 Damaged or Wrong Items?

Inspect your order once received. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it 💬.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers, you can cancel/return your order within 14 days, no reason needed — as long as the item is unused, with tags and original packaging.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved ✅.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days 🏦.
